2. To join, member should pay an admission fee of Rs. 300/-.

3. The initial allotment of plot numbers are tentative. The final number of plot will be given at the time of registration. Management reserves the right, to alter the plots and layout partly or fully, accordingly plot will be allotted to the members.

4. Registration charges as per the prevailing rates of the Government and incidental charges for registration to be borne by the members only.

5. Registration / agreement charges are also to be borne by the members, as fixed by the company.

6. Management is authorized to admit or reject any membership. Management reserves its right to change the rules and regulations.

7. Change of name or transfer of membership to some other member who is identified by the member will be according to the company's rules and regulations and will attract additional charges as fixed by the company.

8. The company will not be responsible for any loss caused by the act of nature or by the act of legislation.

9. All legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of Mahaboob Nagar / Hyderabad district courts only.

10. The company will not be responsible for unauthorized agreements made by anyone other than the above terms & conditions.

11. Cancellation of bookings are not acceptable and no claims will be entertained for refund.
